all of those dimensions must work in accordance or you have failed. this game is not easy and im still learning. one thing i do know is that consistency and deliverance is key. consumers are smarter than ever and expect much more from companies. branding starts within the core of the company. if the central organzing thought is clear to everyone within the company, then there is a clear consensus. that consensus can then be carried out to the public. if you have a company, ask some of your customers and friends what does your company mean to them. what do they think of when they hear the companies name? if their answer is what you were hopeing for, you have succedded. if not, im sorry.
